One pot pasta recipes have become very popular in recent years, and more so since the publication of the book ONE , by Jamie Oliver. These are preparations that are cooked in just 1 container , like in the beautiful Visions casserole . The main reason for success? They are very convenient and quick formulas , with very little staining, perfect for day-to-day nutrition. Our proposal is a one pot Thai style pasta , vegan, with sautéed vegetables and a creamy sauce - based on peanut butter - that bathes the whole thing. A very tasty result, full of contrasts, with its spicy and aromatic touch , thanks to the herbs and spices used. It is prepared in less than 30 minutes and you will only dirty one pot. 5 out of 1 vote PDF / Print / Email PREPARATION TIME 10minutes min COOKING TIME twentyminutes min.

Chop the spring onion, cut the pepper into squares and the carrot into slices. Add the vegetables to the heat and sauté over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add a pinch of salt, mixing from time to time. In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients with the help of a spoon. Add the water to the pot and the sauce mixture. Finish incorporating. Add the noodles , cut in half, and mix again, so that the pasta is covered with broth. Cook for 8 minutes (or the time indicated on the package), over low heat, stirring occasionally. You can add more water if you see that the chosen noodles absorb more liquid. Turn off the heat when the pasta is al dente.
